Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Art By Kra

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to artbykra.in, accessible from https://artbykra.in

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

At Art By Kra, all our products are custom created, curated, and handmade only after an order is placed. We do not keep ready stock. Each item is carefully made, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Products

Since all our products are made specifically after you place the order, order cancellations, returns, or refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed or production has started.

This helps us maintain fairness, as each piece is created exclusively for you.

Replacement & Refund Eligibility

In rare cases, we may offer a replacement or refund only if:

The product is damaged during transit, or
A wrong product has been delivered

To raise a request, an opening/unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without proper proof cannot be processed.

Time Limit to Report an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
Requests raised after this time period will not be accepted

What Is Not Eligible

We do not accept refunds or replacements for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish (natural in handmade products)
Damage caused due to usage, mishandling, or wear and tear
Requests without an opening video
Orders once production has started

Refund Process (If Approved)

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds, if approved, apply to the product value only

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
